We are a Tennessee based group of film enthusiasts who love history and family. We know that when it comes to the handling of your most precious memories you don't want to ship them off and risk them being lost. That's why most of our business is done here with local folks in Nashville. We want to be face to face with our customers. It is true that we use the latest technology available for the transfer, but we have not lost the personal touch that has made us so successful. Give us a chance to earn your business. We care.
Steve graduated as a Chemical Engineer from the Univ. of Tennessee back when slide rules were still used. He later served as a Financial Advisor for twenty one years, and for the last nine years has pursued his passion for preserving old film.
"I still don't know what I want to be when I grow up," he says, "but I had to find a way to pay for all this equipment."
Rob still uses his slide rule, and wonders what's wrong with an instrument that got us to the moon and back. Rob has a BA in Philosophy and Economics with a minor in Physics from Colgate University. For 20 years Rob has worked in the printing, prepress, and publishing world with an emphasis on color control and digital graphic file management.
"Film is fun, and I love the family and cultural history it preserves," he says, "but my passion is my wife."
We use only the best equipment for our transfer process. Here a new bulb is being lifted into the giant projector.
We are confident that you'll agree that our service department is one of the best.
